Last Saturday, a young girl placed a flower in her hand and attracted one of the most common butterflies in the Lena Meijer Conservatory. Frederick Meijer Gardens opened their annual butterfly exhibit which is the largest temporary exhibit in the nation. It features over 6,000 butterflies and 40 different species and will be open until April 30th.
